We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.

• Standard U.S. delivery is typically 3–7 business days after processing.

• International delivery times vary and may be subject to customs delays.

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes.

• Wyse Holdings LLC is not liable for packages delayed or rejected due to customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at wiseone@drinkwyse.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• Claims for lost or damaged items may require photos and/or cooperation with the carrier’s claims process.
