Our Promise — 30-Day First-Order Guarantee
We want you to love Wyse. If you are a first-time customer and you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the product price for up to one (1) standard pack/case (maximum 24 pack size) from your first order placed at drinkwyse.com.
Limit one refund per household; first order only.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping, handling, and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
We may request your order number, brief feedback, and photos (if damage/quality is claimed) to help us improve.
Taste not your thing? That qualifies for the first-order guarantee.
Damaged, Wrong, or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit (as confirmed by the carrier), we will replace it or refund you.
Email wiseone@drinkwyse.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for loss).
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging where applicable.
Returns (Non-Guarantee)
Because our products are consumable, we do not accept returns of opened items.
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery with an RMA (email us first) and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Customer pays return shipping. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
The 30-day first-order guarantee applies only to your first delivery.
Future subscription renewals are not eligible. Manage or cancel before the next charge via your account portal. Shipments that are already fulfilled cannot be refunded.
Exclusions
Purchases not made on drinkwyse.com (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop, retail stores) must follow that seller’s policy.
Wholesale, bulk, reseller, and promotional giveaway orders are not eligible.
We may refuse or limit refunds if we suspect abuse, fraud, or excessive returns.
How to Start a Claim
Email wiseone@drinkwyse.com with your order number, reason for the request, and any supporting photos. Once approved:
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days (bank timing may vary).
For returns, we will send RMA instructions. Items returned without an RMA may be rejected.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to prevent abuse while keeping it fair for genuine customers.
